Shakti Sphere's Biomass Briquettes are high-density, cylindrical fuel blocks manufactured from compacted agricultural and forestry residues — including rice husk, sugarcane bagasse, sawdust, and crop stubble. These eco-certified briquettes burn longer and cleaner than conventional firewood, producing significantly lower smoke, sulphur, and CO₂ emissions. With a calorific value of 3600 ± 200 Kcal/kg and a diameter of 90 mm, they are engineered to fit seamlessly into industrial boilers, furnaces, and brick kilns without modification. Our in-house quality control ensures consistent moisture content below 8%, making every batch reliable for continuous operations. It replaces silica sand and quartz aggregates in demanding high-temperature boiler environments, withstanding repeated thermal cycling without significant attrition. Shakti Sphere supplies industrial-grade Alum (Aluminium Sulphate / Potassium Alum) in both powder and lump form, serving water treatment plants, paper mills, textile dyeing units, and chemical manufacturers across India. Our alum portfolio includes Phosphoric Alum (with phosphate content for specific applications) and Non-Phosphoric Alum (standard industrial grade). Active Al₂O₃ content is guaranteed at 15–17%, ensuring effective flocculation and coagulation performance in water purification. The product is manufactured to IS standards and undergoes stringent quality checks for heavy metal contamination, pH levels, and active content.
