Shakti Sphere's Bed Material is a refractory-grade granular inert medium specifically engineered for use in Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) and Bubbling Fluidized Bed (BFB) combustion boilers. Chemically inert, thermally stable, and mechanically robust, our bed material maintains consistent particle size distribution to ensure stable fluidization velocity and optimal heat transfer coefficient across the bed. It replaces silica sand and quartz aggregates in demanding high-temperature boiler environments, withstanding repeated thermal cycling without significant attrition. Regular top-up quantities are available for continuous supply. Our technical team provides guidance on optimal bed height, replacement frequency, and particle sizing for each specific boiler model.
